Keeping these 4 things on your bedside table can easily cause insomnia and hair loss

1. Electronic devices

The convenience of phones, tablets or laptops in modern life cannot be denied.

Many people have the habit of surfing social networks or watching movies right in bed before going to sleep. But these devices are the "silent enemies" of sleep and hair health.

Blue light from the screen disrupts the production of melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep. When sleep quality is reduced, hair cells are not provided with enough nutrients to grow, leading to weaker hair and more prone to falling out.

To avoid negative effects, you should keep electronic devices at least one meter away from your bed or, best of all, turn them off completely at night.

2. Mirrors

Mirrors are a familiar item in the bedroom, but if placed in the wrong position, they can negatively affect your sleep.

According to feng shui, mirrors placed near the bed will reflect bad energy, create a feeling of insecurity and increase anxiety levels.

Psychologically, light or small movements reflected in the mirror can wake up the brain, preventing you from reaching deep sleep.

When the body does not get enough rest, the hair regeneration process is also interrupted, making hair more prone to breakage.

3. Night light is too bright

Light is an important factor affecting the body's sleep-wake cycle. Many people like to leave the night light on all night to feel safe or convenient to move. However, strong light from a night light can inhibit the production of melatonin, making it difficult for you to fall into deep sleep.

Prolonged insomnia not only increases the feeling of fatigue but also has a negative impact on the skin and hair. For quality sleep, use a night light with soft, warm light or, better yet, turn off the light completely.

4. Books and work documents

Many people have the habit of reading or working in bed before going to bed in the hope of relaxing their minds. But if you leave books or work documents right next to your bed, you may inadvertently create psychological pressure. Thoughts related to work or the plot of the book you are reading can make your mind busy, making it difficult to relax.

When the brain does not rest, sleep will not be complete and hair will not have enough time to regenerate. Instead of placing books and documents right next to you, leave them on your desk and switch to gentle relaxing activities such as listening to instrumental music to help your body fall asleep easily.
